Sagaal (Nine)-'Wallflower'

Tell me what it takes
To get your back straight up
Against that damp infested wall
The same wall with grotesque spots that show off
A vulgar confidence you wished you posessed

When you want to speak
Why do you buckle under
Like babylon crumbling
Palms and soles sweat oceans of silence

And how about that Autumn night
Before he married your sister
His eyes the shade of crisp pine tree leaves
When you could swear he looked at you like he knew
And you didn't tell him,
That you love him
